The gallery is back!

Over this last month, Kelly has been busy making some major additions and some minor improvements to her website.  All in the spirit of making it easier for you to browse and navigate through all the news, products and social connections.  We’re so excited to share them with you.  Hope you like them and that it makes your customer experience with Kellybell Designs much nicer!

Main menu for quick navigation

Check out the new main menu bar at the top of every page.  It takes you where you want to go quickly.  There’s Home, Shop, Wish List, Blog, Inspiration, Gallery, FAQs, and My Account. There is also a Magnifying Glass icon for searching and a Shopping Bag icon that tells you if there is anything in your cart. Each page is fairly self explanatory, click on each one to take a tour of the website.

The Gallery is back!

Kelly is super stoked to announce that she has a new gallery for the Creative Team and customers to share their beautiful layouts!  With the transition to the new store last year, Kelly wasn’t able to transfer over the old gallery.  Now after months of research, she’s finally got a new one for us to share together!!

You can find a link to the gallery in the top menu bar across all the pages on my website.  Or click HERE right now to check it out.  You can add your layouts made with Kellybell Designs products to either the Member Gallery or the Challenges Gallery.  Check out the Gallery FAQs HERE for instructions and details about how to use the Gallery.  The Shop and Gallery passwords are the same, so head on over and add your gorgeous layouts!

Better searching and sorting in the Shop

The store is filled with lots of amazing product choices!  Sometimes it can be frustrating or confusing to find exactly what you are looking for.  For your convenience, you can search for items, sort products in different ways, and show more or less products per page.  On the Shop Page, there are 2 toggle boxes above the products – one called “Show Products” on the left and one called “Sort By” on the right.  You can select to show more/less products per page on your computer, so that you don’t have sort through multiple pages.  You can change the sort order to sort by latest, sort by name A-Z, or sort by price low to high.  There is also a search bar where you can type in keywords for the item your searching for.

Easy ways to add products to your Wish List

Did you know there’s a Wish List in the Shop?  If you’re not ready to purchase quite yet, you can add products to your Wish List in 2 ways.  There’s a small black heart in the top left corner of every product image, if you click on it, you will add that product to your Wish List and the heart will change to red.  Click the heart again to remove it from the Wish List.  When viewing a product, there is a prompt to Add To Wish List under the quantity sign.  You can the Wish List HERE.

If you click on Inspiration in the top menu bar, you get a selection of themes for help scrapping your Disney memories.  Themes include Animal Kingdom, Characters, Dining, Disneyland/California Adventure, Disney Cruise, Epcot Future World, Epcot World Showcase, Disney After Dark, Holidays, Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, Princess, Rides, Universal Studios & SeaWorld, and Water Parks & Aulani.  Each theme page shows you the kits available and perfect for scrapping that theme as well as sample layouts made with those kits.  It’s great inspiration for how to scrap with my collections as well as what types of layouts you can make for each theme.  Click on Inspiration in the top menu a drop down menu will appear click on a theme to get inspired!

FAQs for a place to find help and answers all your questions

Everybody has questions.  Maybe you need help with your downloads, or have a question about Terms Of Use.  There’s a new FAQs page that you can search through to find answers to lots of general, product, checkout, download, refunds, terms of use and gallery questions.  Click HERE for the FAQs page.

Gift Cards Available

You can purchase Gift Cards in multiple amounts in the Shop.  Maybe you want to purchase a Gift Card for a friend or family member, or encourage your spouse to buy one for you for a birthday, anniversary or holiday. Once you’ve chosen an amount for the gift card from the drop down menu you enter your email in the TO: field IF the gift card is for yourself the default FROM: field is Kelly (for Kellybell Designs) and you can leave the message box empty. Then hit add to cart and finish the order like any other purchase. If the gift card is for a friend or family member you chose the amount from the drop down menu, and in the TO: field you enter in the email of the person you are buying the gift card for. In the FROM: field you can enter in your name and then in the message box you can add a personalized message to the recipient. Then click add to cart, and finish the order like any other purchase.  You can redeem your gift card in all in one order or partial amounts over multiple orders.  During checkout, you will be able to see your remaining balance on the gift card.  You can purchase Gift Cards HERE.

Better login management

Now it’s easier than ever to register or login to Kelly’s website.  On the left sidebar of the Home page and Shop page, you’ll find a menu group titled My Account.  There you can register as a new customer, login as a returning customer, edit your profile to change your password or display name, and to request a reset if you’ve forgotten your password.  All right there when you need it!

Quick ways to connect with my across social media

Kelly has several ways you can stay connected with her across all the social media platforms.  On the Home Page and the Shop Page, you’ll find links to follow Kelly on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and private Facebook Fan Club.  You can also sign up for Kelly’s newsletter.  Each platform provides you with the latest news and products.  Each platform also offers their own exclusive freebies and discounts.  Monthly freebies are offered on Facebook.  Discount coupons are offered to newsletter subscribers.  Coupon codes for discounts are tossed out on both Facebook and Instagram.  Blog train freebies are offered on the private Facebook Fan Club.  So many ways to stay connected with Kellybell Designs!  Make sure you’re connected to all of them.
